The Good Friend Cafeteria located in the basement of the 1st Dormitory offers a variety of delicious hot meals and local delicacies. Choices of healthy vegetarian entrée are also available.

There are additionally lots of snack shops and restaurants in the basement, forming a food court there, including a coffee shop, a Chinese dumplings store, a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, etc. 

A convenience store in the Management Building and another also in the basement of the 1st Dormitory have varieties of beverages and also serve light snack throughout the day.

Vigor Gulu Café located on the first floor of the Computer Science Building offers the best fresh brewed Cappuccino, Latte and other beverages. They also offer delicious set lunches, dinners and lip-smacking desserts. Another café "Triangle Relation" is located on a side of the 3rd Dormitory. It also offers coffee, drink, and set lunches.

There are also plenty of restaurants and hawker stalls around the campus, forming a so-called "Health Food Street" on the north side and a so-called "Asia Food Street" on the south side. Some of the shops might be closed during the vacations.
