| In July 2016, aware of the broadening scope of Chinese language education in the wake of Taiwan government’s “New Southbound Policy,” Asia University and China Medical University collaborated with National Taiwan Normal University, whose renowned Mandarin training center has become a brand itself, to establish the Joint Chinese Language Center, National Taiwan Normal University & China Asia Associated University. The establishment of the center marked a new development in AU, for the move not only accelerates AU’s internationalizing progress but also provides a better and diversified learning environment to international students who would like to study Chinese. |
