High National Exam Pass Rate and 100% Employer Satisfaction for Asia University's Nursing Department---

Graduates excel in nursing licensure exams, acquiring skills, certifications, and securing employment.

Asia University nursing students went to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for international nursing internships, enhancing their professional capabilities.

  Asia University's Nursing Department achieved an impressive 93.4% pass rate in the 112th National Nursing Licensure Examination, far surpassing the national average of 45.73%. The department reported a 95% employment rate for graduates with 100% employer satisfaction. Dean Hua-Shan Wu, head of the College of Nursing at Asia University, mentioned that the department has expanded its daytime bachelor's program by 10% for the 113th academic year, welcoming high school students interested in nursing to join the Asia University nursing family, where they can acquire skills, obtain certifications, and ensure employment.

  Dean Wu stated that since its establishment in the 103rd academic year, Asia University's Nursing Department has consistently achieved a nursing licensure exam pass rate of over 90%, ranging from 91% to 96% on average. This outstanding performance consistently exceeds the national average pass rate, demonstrating the excellent quality of education provided. In response to the shortage of nursing professionals, the Ministry of Education has increased enrollment quotas for nursing-related programs, granting Asia University's Department of Nursing approval to expand its daytime bachelor's program by 10% for the 113th academic year.

Asia University's Future Nursing Center provides students with an advanced educational model that integrates generative AI and meta-universe concepts, showcasing outstanding educational quality.

  Dean Wu emphasized that a nursing license is a guarantee of employment security. According to department surveys, the employment rate for graduates in the first year consistently exceeds 90%, averaging between 92% and 96%. Employer satisfaction with the overall workplace performance of graduates is 4.47 on a scale of 5. Among employers, 53.33% responded as "satisfied," and 46.67% as "very satisfied," reaching a total satisfaction rate of 100%.

  Dean Wu highlighted the top three qualities for which Asia University nursing graduates received the highest employer ratings: "professional knowledge and technical skills" with a score of 4.60 out of 5, followed by "adaptability" with a score of 4.53, and "practical application skills" with a score of 4.47. Employers in the nursing industry cited "excellent professional competence and knowledge" as the primary reason for hiring Asia University nursing graduates, accounting for 88.89%, followed by "educational background aligning with company needs" and "possession of professional certifications," each at 66.67%. Asia University's nursing alumni receive recognition for their professional performance in the workplace.
