At present, the university has a gymnasium with the appearance of a Roman-style Colosseum and a stadium with pretty bleachersdecorated with green grass.

In the stadium, there are a standard four-hundred-meter track, four outdoor basketball courts, and two volleyball andtennis courts, and inside the gymnasium, there are basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis and pool tables, and an indoor aerobics room. All of the facilities can be used during the evening from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

     The university also has organized and trained about 20 varsity athletic teams, including boy and girl basketball teams, track and field teams, softball teams, Tae Kwon Do teams, and tug-of-war teams, in which the tug-of-war teams have won many awards in recent years.

Also worth mentioning is the yearly athletic competition "Dragon and Tiger Contest" between Asia University and China Medical University, two sister universities now united as an China Asia Associated University. In the contest, students from the two schools compete in a series of athletic and sports games for winning a teamwork championship.
