Talent - Awards
We provide students with incentive funds for obtaining licenses, and hold counseling classes for national examinations, professional skills licenses and computer skills licenses to encourage students to augment their skill set .
Talent - Cultivation
Combine theory and practice to provide students with internship opportunities. We encourage students to apply for company visits and employment programs of Workforce Development Agency, MOL to enhance the employment knowledge, skills and attitudes of college students.
Internship - Guarantee
To enhance the employment knowledge, skills, attitudes and linkage between students' learning and practice, and to integrate with Workforce Development Agency, MOL to promote corporate visits and employment courses. We also apply for insurance contracts in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education to protect the safety of studentsduring their internships.

Teaching and administrative resources are integrated to build a close career counseling network, from classroom career unit leaders, departmental career coaches, and corporate coaches to further career counseling knowledge workshops. Through multiple assessment and diagnostic tools, each student is assisted in career exploration and self-realization from the first step to the final stage.

AU provides career counseling, resume clinics, and interview skills counseling to fully connect with the job market. We have contracted brand-name companies and top-performing manufacturers to come to our school to recruit and to assist students in finding the right fit with the right job.
