This outstanding performance consistently exceeds the national average pass rate, demonstrating the excellent quality of education provided. In response to the shortage of nursing professionals, the Ministry of Education has increased enrollment quotas for nursing-related programs, granting Asia University's Department of Nursing approval to expand its daytime bachelor's program by 10% for the 113th academic year.

Dean Wu emphasized that a nursing license is a guarantee of employment security. According to department surveys, the employment rate for graduates in the first year consistently exceeds 90%, averaging between 92% and 96%. Employer satisfaction with the overall workplace performance of graduates is 4.47 on a scale of 5. Among employers, 53.33% responded as "satisfied," and 46.67% as "very satisfied," reaching a total satisfaction rate of 100%.
Dean Wu highlighted the top three qualities for which Asia University nursing graduates received the highest employer ratings: "professional knowledge and technical skills" with a score of 4.60 out of 5, followed by "adaptability" with a score of 4.53, and "practical application skills" with a score of 4.47. Employers in the nursing industry cited "excellent professional competence and knowledge" as the primary reason for hiring Asia University nursing graduates, accounting for 88.89%, followed by "educational background aligning with company needs" and "possession of professional certifications," each at 66.67%. Asia University's nursing alumni receive recognition for their professional performance in the workplace.
